Every clinical service at our center is performed under physician-directed protocols, with a Registered Nurse on site. Whether you are an HR manager onboarding ten new hires or an individual who needs a fingerprint card before Friday, you receive the same standard: accurate results, professional handling, and complete confidentiality.
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast will I get my results?
Negative instant test results are available at the time of service. Laboratory results are typically reported within 1 to 3 business days after Medical Review Officer review.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for all testing and screening services during business hours. Provider examinations, including DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, and fit-for-duty exams, are by appointment only and are performed on scheduled provider days.
What should I bring?
A current government-issued photo ID. If your employer scheduled the test, bring any paperwork or registration they provided.
Can you do my DOT test?
Yes. We perform certified DOT collections for all transportation modes under 49 CFR Part 40, with breath alcohol testing by a certified technician.
Do you do DOT physicals?
Yes, by appointment on provider exam days, performed by an NRCME-certified examiner. Schedule online or call to reserve a time.
Are my results confidential?
Completely. Results are released only to you or the party you authorize in writing, in accordance with HIPAA and federal testing regulations.
